There Should be negative stars for this one.👎 Exactly How Badly does sea mar Co. treat their employees, that these employees are so consistently disorganized and unprofessional? They don't keep track of their work, and they never complete a _simple_ cleaning in 1, One, visit. The scheduling and communication here are the worst I have ever experienced. A dentist/Dr here actually lectured me, ME, The Patient, for 20 minutes while I was in the chair, because I did not know exactly which of my teeth were not cleaned during the first visit, at which time the work should have been completed in the first place. There was also Much loud complaining about co workers in front of me by Dr Temper Tantrum. Somebody with a doctorate should be more mature than this. Today, visit #3, somebody in back decided my cleaning was completed during the first visit #1. I went to appointment#3 today, and they said the job was completed, and sent me home 20 minutes after scheduled time still sitting in the waiting area. THE CLEANING HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED, AND I KNOW THIS BECAUSE THE DR YELLED AT ME ABOUT IT DURING VISIT# 2.-just sent me home angrily without finishing the job. I always show up on-time. I

Very Disappointed in there customer service my father went in got x rays done they referred him somewhere else which that wasn’t the problem. The problem was I called if they could send over X-rays two weeks prior and they didn’t send them over my father showed up and asked them if they could pls Send the X-rays and they said sorry we haven’t sent them but we well send them soon. Ok week later we show up to the other clinic where he was going to be seen and they never received anything so they had to retake X-rays and now my father has double bills mind you he doesn’t have insurance now has to pay for double X-rays could have been avoided if they would have done there job right.

Ilya is absolutely amazing! My son has autism & NEVER let's anyone close to his face let alone his teeth. She shows my son & explains to him all of the things she'll be using & why. She talks to him throughout the process & praises him for doing such a great job! I am literally sitting here crying of pure joy because I feel like without her, I'm not sure how my son would get his teeth cleaned or have sealants. This gal deserves praise & a raise! Thank you, Ilya for all of your hard work & kindness to my kiddo. You have no idea how you've touched our hearts! :)

horrible place , I mean , every single time , with appointment the wait time is more than 25 mins . And they got a sign says” if u waited more than 15 mins let the front desk know “ that was so ironic . Today doing a filling . The doc spend 40more mins done one filling. Front desk came in to help .She does not know much . Many things were not prepared well before the filling . After it gets done, both corners of my mouth were bruised.

My daughter was scheduled here. So we went. The dental assistant by the name of Crystal - immediately reamed me about her being too young to be there; and said she should continue care where she was previously seen. She asked questions aggressively, and shook her head at me and shamed ME for seamars poor communications. Not only that, she told my daughter she wasn’t in pain when she hurt her. Proceeded to shake her head when I was talking to the dentist and recapping why we were there. Then to top it all off, in her frustration, she gave us someone else’s referral. It took a lot to not give her a piece of my mind as she made the dental experience even worse for my nervous child.
